The rain system is pushing eastward, bringing wetter conditions toward Montgomery and into parts of Georgia. By contrast, Memphis and Atlanta enjoy clearer skies, offering a temporary reprieve from the clouds. Jacksonville to Miami remains mostly dry, but keep an eye on developing clouds that could precede rain later on.
For this evening in Atlanta, temperatures will start at 77 degrees at 9 PM with scattered thunderstorms expected. Winds will be from the southwest at 4 miles per hour. By 11 PM, the temperature will gradually decrease to 75 degrees with partly cloudy skies and a shift in wind direction to the west-southwest at 3 miles per hour. The night will remain partly cloudy with calm conditions, as temperatures dip to 73 degrees by 1 AM.
Tonight in Memphis, expect a low of around 75 degrees. Nashville will cool down to a comfortable 73, while Atlanta anticipates a low of 71 degrees.
