As the storm system builds near San Antonio, rain showers are expected to shift into the lower Mississippi Delta.
Cloudy skies are expected in Austin this evening with temperatures gradually decreasing from 83 degrees at 9 PM to 78 degrees by 1 AM. Winds will shift slightly from the southeast at 4-5 miles per hour. As the night progresses, clouds will start to clear a bit, becoming partly cloudy after midnight.
