As we approach the weekend, expect highs reaching up to 98 degrees, which demands some precautions regarding UV exposure. Here’s a day-by-day breakdown: Clear skies on Saturday, partly cloudy Sunday, warmer as we start the week, and clouds gathering by Tuesday. Over the Southwest region, the regional radar shows dry weather Phoenix, Las Vegas anbd Reno. Meanwhile rain is making its way inland from the Pacific Ocean, particularly impacting areas around Redding and extending down towards San Francisco. Central California, including Fresno. Meanwhile, higher elevations eastward, like Cedar City, are experiencing snow showers. Los Angeles and San Diego are currently enjoying mild conditions with no significant precipitation observed.
Tomorrow morning in Phoenix will start at 7 AM with a temperature of 62 degrees and partly cloudy skies. By 9 AM, temperatures will slightly drop to 61 degrees with mostly cloudy skies and an east-southeast wind at 4 miles per hour. Heading into 11 AM, expect temperatures to climb to 68 degrees under cloudy conditions, with light winds.
Here’s the regional high temperature rundown for the Southwest this Sunday: Phoenix gets the hottest as temperatures soar to a sweltering 87 degrees, continuing the trend of warmer-than-normal weather.
