The northern states, including the area around Saginaw, are mostly under cloud cover with rain approaching.
For this evening in Chicago, prepare for partly cloudy skies throughout the night. Temperatures will gradually decrease from 66 degrees at 8 PM to 61 degrees by midnight. Winds are expected to be gentle, shifting slightly from southeast at 6 miles per hour to south at 4 miles per hour.
