A strong line of storms is sweeping across the Southeast, moving from the western portion of the region. Memphis is at the center of intense rainfall and thunderstorms, extending south toward Jackson. The system is pushing eastward, with Atlanta already seeing increasing cloud cover ahead of the precipitation. Rain showers are tracking towards Montgomery, while areas like Charlotte and Savannah enjoy a brief respite from wet conditions. Miami and Tampa remain dry, but conditions could change as the system progresses.
For this evening in Miami, temperatures will start at 82 degrees at 9 PM, gradually cooling to 80 degrees by 1 AM.
