The Southwest region is experiencing a range of weather conditions today. Rain showers are making their way along the California coast, especially affecting areas from San Francisco to Los Angeles. Snowfall is occurring in the higher elevations around the Sierra Nevada and further north near Redding. Ely in Nevada is observing some snow flurries, while Cedar City and Salt Lake City remain mostly clear under dry conditions. Las Vegas and Phoenix are basking in dry weather, with no precipitation expected for these areas.
