Rain showers are moving from southwest Missouri into southern Illinois, impacting areas like Springfield. In the southeast, light rain is beginning to spread over Bowling Green, Kentucky. Kansas City is currently experiencing a mix of clear conditions with cloud cover moving from the southwest. The skies over Detroit and Cleveland remain mostly clear today. In Chicago this evening, temperatures will gradually decrease, starting at 56 degrees by 9 PM and settling at 54 degrees by 11 PM through 1 AM.
