Ice and mix conditions are developing around Salt Lake City, creating potential for hazardous road conditions. Ely is experiencing some rain showers, adding to the wintry mix in the region. Temperatures in Los Angeles this evening start at 68 degrees at 9 PM, with a gentle wind from the south-southwest at 8 mph.
