Heavy rain is centered around Columbus, Ohio, spreading across the state into Cleveland and Bowling Green with thunderstorms on radar. Indianapolis is witnessing steady rainfall, while Fort Wayne and Chicago are presently under cloud cover as the storm systems move towards the east. Down south, Louisville experiences light rain showers trailing off, with the system shifting towards Charleston, West Virginia. The storm intensity decreases heading northwest, with Peoria showing minor cloud presence, while areas like Des Moines and Kansas City remain dry and clear, protected from the rain by high pressure systems over the plains.
Tomorrow morning in Chicago, temperatures will start at 54 degrees at 8 AM with mostly sunny skies. By 10 AM, expect sunny conditions with temperatures rising to 56 degrees. A steady wind from the north at 13 miles per hour will be present throughout the morning. As we reach noon, temperatures are predicted to climb to 58 degrees with continued sunshine.
