A narrow line of intense storms is currently making its way out of the Southern Plains, sweeping across the northern regions of Arkansas and heading into the Mississippi Delta. Little Rock is right on the edge of this storm activity, experiencing significant rainfall. The Texas region remains relatively quiet with clear skies stretching from Dallas to Corpus Christi. Light rain showers are observed over the Gulf Coast near New Orleans, but much of the Southern Plains, including areas like El Paso and Albuquerque, remain dry and clear, setting the stage for a sunny day across the southwest.
