Across the Southeast, the regional radar shows scattered rain developing along the Gulf Coast, particularly near Houston and New Orleans. A few showers are drifting over the waters towards Tampa as well. Cloud cover is moving into areas around Jacksonville and Miami, though it remains dry at the moment. Atlanta and Charlotte are experiencing clear skies. Shreveport to Jackson is seeing another wave of rain building just southwest, which might bring some showers later this morning.
This evening in Atlanta, enjoy clear skies with a gentle wind from the north-northwest, shifting to the north later. Temperatures will ease from 73 degrees at 9 PM, cooling to 68 degrees by 11 PM, and settling at 64 degrees by 1 AM. It’s a serene night, perfect for an evening out under the stars.
