A cluster of rain is noted off the Florida Panhandle, pushing northward and poised to impact cities like Jacksonville. Meanwhile, Atlanta and Charlotte remain under partly cloudy skies with little to no precipitation at this time. Expect similar conditions in Houston and Shreveport, while Savannah gears up for a potential increase in cloudiness as the day progresses.
