A frontal system brings changes midweek, introducing strong thunderstorms moving from New Orleans to Atlanta. By Thursday, prepare for cooler temperatures as we say goodbye to the rain. Detailed forecasts for surrounding areas like Tampa and Miami indicate consistent warmth, with an alert on heavy rain and strong winds along the Gulf Coast. Protect yourself from high UV exposure, and stay tuned for more updates! Showers are forming along the Gulf Coast, with a band of rain extending from Houston eastward toward New Orleans. As we look north, Shreveport is experiencing light showers that are moving northeast toward Jackson. Farther east, rain is making its way into the northern part of Florida, impacting Jacksonville and gradually spreading into southern Georgia. Cities like Memphis, Atlanta, and Charlotte are currently staying dry and mostly clear. Coastal areas near Savannah and Tampa are also enjoying breaks from precipitation, providing a pleasant respite before the next wave of rain.
