On the Regional Radar, the Southeast is currently experiencing a mix of weather conditions. A line of rain showers is sweeping through the region, stretching from Montgomery to Atlanta and moving northeast. Charlotte is preparing for the incoming rain, while Jacksonville is clearing out from earlier showers. Meanwhile, Savannah and Tampa are experiencing relatively dry conditions, enjoying a break from the rain. Spots like Shreveport and Memphis remain calm with no significant precipitation at the moment. As the system progresses, keep an eye on areas farther north and east for potential rain showers during the day.
Expect a crisp start to your Thursday morning in Atlanta with temperatures beginning at 35 degrees at 7 AM. Sunshine prevails throughout the morning, rising to 42 degrees by 9 AM, and reaching 50 degrees at 11 AM. Winds from the northwest will maintain a steady breeze around 8 miles per hour. Enjoy the sunny and calm conditions as you start the day.
High temperatures in the Southeast for tomorrow look to trend warmer than average as a ridge of high pressure settles over the region.
In Louisiana, Shreveport will reach a comfortable 74 degrees, while Houston, Texas, will be slightly warmer with a high of 76 degrees. Heading east, New Orleans anticipates a high of 68 degrees, and Jackson, Mississippi, will get up to 69 degrees.
Further to the east, Atlanta is set for a mild 64 degrees. Montgomery, Alabama, expects a high of 67 degrees, while temperatures in Nashville, Tennessee, will peak at 62 degrees.
Coastal cities will enjoy nice conditions as well, with Jacksonville hitting 67 degrees and Tampa reaching 70 degrees. Miami will be the warmest in the region with a high of 73 degrees, showcasing typical late March warmth. Overall, it will be a pleasant day across the Southeast.

As the system moves east, heavy rainfall could lead to localized flooding. Temperatures will drop behind the front, making for a more mild and dry end to the week.
