Showers are moving over New Orleans, pushing northeast toward Jackson, while light rain stretches toward the coast. Memphis is still seeing some rain activity as it trails northward towards the Tennessee River Valley. Coastal cities like Savannah and Charleston are currently clear of precipitation. Charlotte has patchy rain developing on its northern edge, preparing for potential increased cloud cover as the system progresses.
For this evening in Atlanta, temperatures remain warm, starting at 81 degrees at 9 PM and slightly dropping to 77 degrees by 1 AM.
