The Southeast region currently has clear skies with minimal precipitation. However, there’s a patch of rain showing up in the Gulf of Mexico, and it’s making its way toward the New Orleans area. Houston, Shreveport, and New Orleans are experiencing calm and dry conditions, setting a pleasant tone for today. Farther northeast, Atlanta, Charlotte, and surrounding areas are enjoying clear skies. Meanwhile, the Gulf Coast, from Jacksonville to Tampa and Miami, remains dry with no significant weather changes.

Shreveport is forecasted at 37 degrees, and Jackson will see a low of 41. Montgomery checks in at 39 degrees, and Atlanta rounds out the list with a low of 35.
