A strong line of severe storms is sweeping across central Texas, moving eastward from near Midland towards Dallas, bringing heavy rain and potential severe weather. San Antonio is experiencing scattered showers on the outskirts, while isolated thunderstorms are developing just to the east of Dallas. New Orleans is seeing pockets of rain moving offshore into the Gulf of Mexico with cloudy skies prevailing in the immediate area. Meanwhile, areas from Oklahoma City up to Kansas City are enjoying clear conditions as the regional radar does not indicate any precipitation or cloud cover in that direction.
Starting your day in Austin, tomorrow morning brings cloudy skies with temperatures rising from 73 degrees at 8 AM to 75 degrees by 10 AM. Winds remain calm during these early hours. By noon, temperatures reach 78 degrees with southeast winds at 4 mph as thunderstorms are expected to develop.
Tomorrow in the Southern Plains, El Paso is expected to soar to a sizzling 98 degrees, significantly above the seasonal average. Midland is also looking warm with highs around 83 degrees, while San Antonio will feel balmy at 86 degrees.
