Rain is making its mark just west of Albuquerque, with the potential for more activity as it moves eastward. The Texas panhandle remains dry, but areas around El Paso are seeing some precipitation. Farther north, the southern Colorado border is experiencing snowfall, impacting higher elevations. A line of storms is forming in the lower Mississippi Delta and moving towards Jackson.
