Across the Southern Plains, significant rainfall is concentrated over the Arkansas and northern Louisiana regions, impacting areas like Little Rock and reaching towards Jackson. Oklahoma City remains clear for now, while scattered showers are approaching Dallas. Storms are beginning to develop over eastern Kansas, with Kansas City seeing some activity. Along the Gulf Coast, New Orleans remains dry but cloudy.
