Across the Southern Plains, the radar shows clear weather dominating much of Texas, from El Paso to San Antonio. Rain showers are developing near Midland and moving generally eastward. In Oklahoma City, the atmosphere remains dry and calm, providing a break from any storm activity. Farther north, Kansas City is under some cloud cover with scattered rain showers moving into the region. Clear skies extend over New Orleans and the Gulf Coast, offering a dry start to the day.
Tomorrow morning in Austin, temperatures will start at 65 degrees at 8 AM under mostly sunny skies. By 10 AM, expect temperatures to rise to 70 degrees with a north wind at 4 miles per hour. Skies will remain mostly sunny throughout the morning.
