Farther east, a robust line of severe storms, indicated by vibrant colors on the radar, is pushing toward the east, hitting areas like Cleveland and approaching Charleston with heavy rain and possible storms. In Indiana, areas such as Fort Wayne and Indianapolis are experiencing continuous rain, which is moving southeastward.
