The Southwest region is seeing clear skies for much of Southern California, including Los Angeles and San Diego. However, clouds and rain are present over San Francisco, moving inland towards Reno. In Arizona, Flagstaff is under mostly cloudy conditions with potential rain showers. Ely in Nevada is experiencing dry and clear weather conditions, while Phoenix remains warm and clear.
In Salt Lake City this evening, temperatures will gradually decrease from 93 degrees at 9 PM to 78 degrees by 1 AM. Expect a south-southwest wind, maintaining speeds around 21 to 22 miles per hour early in the night, before calming to 15 miles per hour. Skies will transition from sunny to clear as the night progresses.

By Wednesday, a cooler airmass begins to settle in, easing temperatures slightly for the region.
