Moving southwards, Cedars City is under a layer of cloud cover with some rain showers making their way through, indicating a soggy evening for Utah’s southwestern area. The famous Las Vegas, however, remains dry and clear, showing no signs of precipitation tonight. Shifting focus to California, rain is making its inland journey, particularly targeting regions like Fresno and Bakersfield, which are welcoming showers that could bring relief to drought-affected areas. San Francisco continues to experience rain, maintaining its moist climate. In the Southwest corner, cities like Los Angeles and San Diego are enjoying a calm, dry spell with some cloud coverage, leaving room for pleasant coastal breezes. Meanwhile, Flagstaff in Arizona has a chilly air hovering, with light snow showers creating a picturesque winter scene.
