Snow is noted in the higher elevations around northern Utah, particularly near Salt Lake City, with lighter snow showers reaching as far south as Ely, Nevada. Las Vegas and southern regions such as Phoenix and San Diego remain dry and clear, enjoying a break from stormy conditions. Meanwhile, Cedar City is experiencing a mix of wintry weather, preparing for chilly conditions as cloud cover increases.
Los Angeles will enjoy mostly sunny conditions this afternoon with temperatures holding steady around 65 degrees. Expect a soft breeze coming from the south-southwest at 7 to 8 miles per hour. The pleasant, clear weather makes a perfect backdrop for afternoon plans outdoors.

Tonight, Flagstaff is dropping to a chilly 31 degrees, while Ely sees a significant dip to 35 degrees. Las Vegas will have a milder low of 60 degrees, contrasting with San Francisco at 51 degrees. Bakersfield and Fresno will be slightly warmer at 59 and 56 degrees, respectively.
