A broad area of unsettled weather is impacting the Southwest, with rain and snow showers concentrated over Nevada and Utah. Ely is experiencing a mix of rain and snow, while Cedar City is seeing predominantly snow, creating blustery conditions there. The weather remains calm and clear across coastal areas including San Francisco and San Diego. Flagstaff may also catch some light flurries, but Phoenix stays dry under clear skies. In the southern Sierra and across much of the California interior, dry weather prevails.
