To the north, closer to Salt Lake City, clear weather prevails for now, though conditions could shift. In central California, San Francisco and Fresno are observing rain as moisture pushes inland, providing the Central Valley with much-needed relief. Light rain is also falling over Bakersfield. Snow is developing in higher elevations, such as near Cedar City, surrounding mountain ranges offer a wintery mix, but the city itself is seeing mostly cloudy skies. Down the coastline, Los Angeles and San Diego experience drier conditions, only light drizzle occasionally interrupting the otherwise mild day, and southwards, Las Vegas continues to dodge precipitation and remains dry. Over in Arizona, Flagstaff is under the spell of chilly weather, with light snow showers.
