The Southwest region is currently experiencing mostly clear skies, with a few exceptions. Showers are forming around the Salt Lake City area, indicating potential wet conditions moving through the region. Ely, Nevada, is seeing some cloudy skies, though conditions remain dry. Coastal areas such as San Francisco and Los Angeles are basking in clear weather. Flagstaff is bracing for cool conditions and chilly rain.
For this evening in Los Angeles, temperatures will gradually decline, starting at 66 degrees at 9 PM and cooling to 59 degrees by 1 AM. Winds will be gently blowing from the south-southwest at 8 mph, easing to 5 mph as the night progresses. Expect mostly cloudy skies transforming to partly cloudy conditions around midnight.
