Tomorrow morning is expected to start off cloudy with calm conditions, with temperatures pleasantly mild. However, the broader Southwest region isn’t as tranquil, experiencing a mix from rain showers to dry spells. A look at the Regional Radar reveals that the Southwest is witnessing quite a variety of weather conditions. Over in California, rain showers are moving inland from the Pacific Ocean, particularly along the northern coastline around Redding, providing some relief for the dry conditions. As the rain advances, it reaches toward Fresno, delivering much-needed moisture to the central valleys.
Farther south, Los Angeles is experiencing a mild drizzle, while San Francisco remains relatively dry. High up in the mountains, snow is expected.
Moving east, Flagstaff is seeing light snow showers, bringing a chill in the air. The weather in Las Vegas remains dry, with clear skies predominating the scene. Down in Phoenix, expect dry conditions to continue, with no significant weather disturbances on the horizon.
Tomorrow morning in Los Angeles, prepare for a mostly cloudy start with calm conditions throughout the morning hours. Temperatures will remain consistent, sitting around 53 degrees at 7 AM and 9 AM, slightly increasing to 54 degrees by 11 AM.
High temperatures for the Southwest region tomorrow are set to feature some significant warmth. In Phoenix, expect a sizzling high of 92 degrees, which is notably above average for this time of year. Las Vegas will also see a warm day with highs climbing to 85 degrees.
Farther west, Bakersfield is predicted to reach 78 degrees, while Fresno will have a high of 76 degrees. In Southern California, Los Angeles is looking at a mild 64 degrees, and San Diego will be a bit cooler at 66 degrees.
A southwestern system is impacting the Californian coastline with widespread rain through Thursday morning. Northern California bracing for rounds of valley rain. Notably, it’s San Diego’s turn for scattered showers, while Palm Springs remains sunny and dry. Keep an eye on those coastal winds, which may cause hazardous conditions for boats. Prepare for rapidly changing weather if you’re on the move. Over the desert, temperatures hover in the 70s, making it a pleasant day!
