Wet weather stretches across Florida with Tampa and Jacksonville experiencing heavy rain showers. Thunderstorms are developing over the Gulf of Mexico, moving towards the Panhandle, promising a soggy day ahead. Clouds cover Alabama but remain mostly dry, while Montgomery is not far from seeing some rain. Jackson and New Orleans enjoy a break from precipitation under mostly clear skies. Miami has a brief respite, although surrounding areas experience light showers.
This evening in Miami, temperatures are set to stay warm, beginning at 82 degrees at 9 PM, gradually dipping to 80 degrees by 1 AM. Expect mostly cloudy skies shifting to partly cloudy later in the night. Winds are light, coming from the west-southwest at 5 miles per hour. Friday: Expect partly cloudy skies to wrap up the week, with the temperature hitting a comfortable high of 86 degrees and a low of 80 degrees.
