Significant storm activity is impacting areas from Shreveport to Jackson, with intense rain and potential severe conditions expected. Montgomery is also seeing localized heavy showers, spreading towards Atlanta and onward to the Carolinas, particularly Charlotte. The Gulf Coast, including New Orleans and Mobile, is experiencing pockets of rain, but clear skies prevail along the coastline near Houston and Tampa.
