On the Regional Radar for the Southeast, a light storm system is situated off the coast of Miami, pushing clouds and rain slightly inland. The sunshine state, particularly around Tampa and Jacksonville, is seeing some showers that are clearing. Meanwhile, the rest of Florida is enjoying scattered sunshine, without significant precipitation. Farther north, the skies over Montgomery, Atlanta, and Charlotte remain clear as the region basks in dry conditions. However, those in Savannah can expect increasing clouds as lingering showers approach from the east.
Tomorrow morning in Miami will start with partly cloudy skies and a temperature of 68 degrees at 7 AM. Expect the sun to take over as the morning progresses, with temperatures rising to 74 degrees by 9 AM. By 11 AM, the temperature will increase further, reaching 79 degrees. Winds will shift slightly through the morning, starting from the north-northwest at 5 miles per hour and moving to the north and northeast at 7 and 9 miles per hour, respectively.
High temperatures for the Southeast region tomorrow are shaping up to be quite warm. In New Orleans, expect a high of 82 degrees, while Houston will warm up to 82 as well. Jackson is projected to reach 79 degrees, with Montgomery hitting 80 degrees. Atlanta is looking at a comfortable 75 degrees, while further south in Tampa, temperatures could soar to 86 degrees, making it one of the hottest spots in the region.
Charlotte is cooler with a high of 69 degrees, showing a slight deviation from the overall pattern.
“Prepare for active weather as a cold front moves across the Southeast through Wednesday. Storms, with potential for severe weather, are likely from Houston to Atlanta. Expect significant rain accumulation, particularly in Alabama and Georgia, potentially leading to flooding concerns. Temperatures behind the front decrease noticeably, with cooler air settling in by Wednesday night. Remain attentive to weather advisories across the region.”
The UV index in Miami is expected to reach 8 on Tuesday, indicating a high level of UV exposure with a burn time of about 17 minutes. Wednesday sees an even higher index of 10, where spending just 12 minutes in direct sunlight could cause a burn.

Sunday: Scattered thunderstorms throughout the day, with highs reaching 79 and lows at 70.
Monday: More scattered thunderstorms, warmer with a high of 82 degrees and a low of 71.
Tuesday: Partly cloudy skies to end the week with a high of 83 and a low of 72.
