A line of storms is currently stretching through the Mississippi River Valley, moving significantly from Memphis towards Jackson. The radar highlights moderate to heavy rain showers pushing northeast towards Atlanta, with a chance of thunderstorms developing imminently. Light showers are also visible extending southward through parts of Alabama, including Montgomery. Savannah and Charlotte are experiencing clear skies, enjoying a temporary reprieve from any precipitation. Coastal cities like Miami and Tampa remain dry, basking in the calmer weather conditions for now.
In Miami tomorrow morning, temperatures will start at 81 degrees at 8 AM, warming up to 85 degrees by 10 AM, and reaching 88 degrees at noon. Expect mostly sunny skies with a light south-southwest wind around 5 miles per hour, increasing slightly to 8 miles per hour by midday.
High temperatures for tomorrow in the Southeast region are set to be well above average, reflecting a warm air mass engulfing the area. Atlanta will peak at 88 degrees, with Montgomery not far behind at 88 as well. Jacksonville is expecting a hot 95 degrees, while Tampa aligns closely with a high of 92. Farther west, both New Orleans and Shreveport will see highs in the mid-80s, at 86 and 91 degrees respectively.
A cold front pushes through the Southeast, starting in Texas and Oklahoma, moving into Louisiana and Mississippi by Tuesday night. Expect thunderstorms, some possibly severe, with heavy rain from Shreveport to Montgomery. By Wednesday, the front reaches central Georgia and the Carolinas, creating a stormy morning for Charlotte and Atlanta. The corridor from Jacksonville to Savannah will also see showers and storms as the system advances eastward.

Sunday: Clear skies prevail, with the thermometer hitting 87 degrees, then cooling to 80. Monday: Mostly clear again, with the high at 89 and the low settling at 80.
