A line of storms is stretching from Shreveport towards Jackson, bringing heavy rains and some areas could potentially experience severe weather. While Memphis stays largely dry at the moment, the showers are shifting northeast suggesting a wet afternoon ahead. To the southwest, rain is developing near Houston and is poised to move eastward. Meanwhile, coastal cities like New Orleans, Savannah, and Miami are currently free from rain, enjoying some calm conditions before any changes move in.

High temperatures for the Southeast tomorrow are shaping up to be quite warm. In Miami, we’re looking at a high of 80 degrees, while Tampa is set to soar to 87 degrees, making it one of the hottest spots in the region. Jacksonville isn’t far behind, with temperatures climbing to 79 degrees.
In Atlanta, expect a mild day with a high of 77 degrees. Montgomery will reach 82 degrees, while Jackson, Mississippi, is in for a warm 83 degrees. New Orleans will see pleasant conditions with a high of 81 degrees.
“A developing storm system is moving in from the west, bringing showers and thunderstorms across parts of Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama through Wednesday morning. Be prepared for potential severe weather with damaging winds and heavy rainfall. In the afternoon, showers extend to Atlanta and Savannah with a chance of thunderstorms. Wednesday evening, expect over an inch of rain possible leading into Thursday.
