Buffalo is experiencing a wintry blend, drifting eastward toward Syracuse. This system is expected to bring measurable snowfall and slick conditions to these areas. Meanwhile, Pittsburgh is seeing some light rain, transforming into snow as the system advances. Farther east, from Albany to New York City, skies remain mostly clear with no immediate precipitation, allowing the sunshine to break through for the day. The rest of the region, including Boston, enjoys a calm and precipitation-free morning, though clouds are lingering.
For this evening in New York City, anticipate cloudy skies with temperatures moving from 43 degrees at 8 PM, rising slightly to 46 degrees by midnight.
