Farther inland, the situation remains dry Cities such as Albany, Syracuse, and Buffalo are basking under clear skies, providing a break from recent storminess. Philadelphia, Scranton, and New York are all experiencing a stretch of pleasant weather, with no precipitation expected at this hour.
