Buffalo and Syracuse are witnessing a wintry mix, bringing both rain and ice, with potential for snow as conditions shift. Snow is more prevalent across the northern regions near the Great Lakes. Coastal cities like New York and Boston remain predominantly dry for now.
New York City tomorrow morning begins with a wet start. Temperatures are in the low 40s, starting at 43 degrees at 8 AM, warming slightly to 45 degrees by 10 AM, and reaching 46 degrees by noon. Expect steady rain throughout the morning, which tapers to light rain approaching midday. East-northeast winds are gentle, around 9 miles per hour, contributing to the cool, damp conditions as the day progresses.
Tomorrow in the Northeast, expect a mix of cooler than average temperatures as spring struggles to make an appearance. Philadelphia is also reaching 48, while Washington, D.C. warms slightly more at 52. Farther north, temperatures drop in Scranton and Syracuse, both expecting highs around 46 degrees. Pittsburgh isn’t much warmer, anticipating a high of 48 degrees, while Buffalo and Albany will see only 43 and 50 degrees, respectively.
