Another patch of rain is approaching Buffalo from the west, while Syracuse remains dry at the moment. Scranton and Philadelphia are experiencing clear conditions, a pleasant break from the rain. Further northeast, Boston is cloudy, hinting at possible rain later in the day. Along the coastal areas, from New York City to Portland, clear skies prevail, providing a beautiful day near the Atlantic Ocean.
