A vibrant weather scene unfolds across the Northeast today. Philadelphia, New York City, and Washington, D.C. are currently enjoying dry conditions, but keep an eye on any changes from the west as rain extends eastward. Western Pennsylvania is seeing patches of rain and a mix of precipitation moving through Pittsburgh, offering a classic spring mix. Farther north, Syracuse and areas in upstate New York experience snow showers, adding a wintery touch to the northern reaches. Traveling into Vermont, snow continues to fall lightly over the region. In contrast, Boston and the surrounding coastal areas are enjoying the calm before any potential precipitation heads their way.
