Up north, across Portland, a mix of ice and snow is making travel a bit tricky. Meanwhile, clear skies for Philadelphia. Washington seems to be transitioning out of wet conditions as rain moves northeast. Keep an eye on Boston as conditions could change later on.
For this evening in New York City, anticipate a cloudy night with temperatures falling from 58 degrees at 8 PM to 49 degrees by midnight. Winds will shift from north-northeast at 5 mph to east at 9 mph as the evening progresses. Keep an umbrella handy, as cloud cover persists through the night.
