Buffalo is also sitting under clear skies, and Portland, is experiencing just a few lingering clouds without any rain or snow.
For this afternoon in New York City, expect sunny conditions with temperatures starting at 52 degrees around 3 PM, dropping to 48 degrees by 7 PM. Winds will be from the west-northwest at 7 miles per hour, decreasing to 3 miles per hour as the afternoon progresses.
