A shift to partly cloudy ahead with temperatures around 65 degrees by 9 a.m. Winds will be from the south at 4 mph. By 11 a.m., anticipate mostly cloudy skies as temperatures rise to 72 degrees, with a light breeze coming from the south-southeast at 5 mph.”
