On the radar, we see a mix of winter weather across parts of the Southwest with snow impacting the higher elevations around Flagstaff. Cedar City is experiencing some mixed precipitation, as well. Phoenix and Las Vegas are staying dry with clear skies. In the north, rainfall is observed moving into Ely. Coastal cities like San Francisco and Los Angeles remain calm with no active precipitation.
Expect a clear start to your morning in Phoenix with temperatures beginning at 57 degrees at 8 AM. By 10 AM, the sunshine continues as temperatures rise to 59 degrees with an east wind at 6 miles per hour. As noon approaches, temperatures reach 68 degrees under sunny skies, with a slight shift in the wind to east-southeast at 6 miles per hour.
