High elevations near Flagstaff are dealing with light snow, adding to the chilly atmosphere there. Cities like Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas remain dry under mostly clear skies.

Tonight, the Southwest will experience some cooler temperatures as a cold air pattern moves through the region. Flagstaff will drop to a brisk 31 degrees, making it one of the coldest spots. Ely will see a low of 35 degrees, while Las Vegas remains mild at 60 degrees. San Francisco will cool to 51, with other California cities like Bakersfield at 59 and Los Angeles at 55. Expect Reno to be on the cooler side as well, hitting a low of 48 degrees.
