Starting from a partly cloudy morning with mild temperatures, the city will see a variety of weather events from showers to clear skies as the week progresses. The Southwest region’s radar shows pockets of rain concentrated around Cedar City, moving towards Ely with scattered precipitation. Light rain is developing near Flagstaff, pushing eastward, while the San Diego coast experiences minor rain showers off the coast with potential to move inland. Redding sees showers inching towards them from the west, bringing potential wet conditions.
Tomorrow morning in Salt Lake City, temperatures will rise from 52 degrees at 7 AM to 63 degrees by 11 AM. Expect mostly cloudy skies throughout the morning, providing some shade as the day progresses. Winds will start from the east-southeast at 7 mph, shifting to the southeast by late morning.
Tomorrow, the Southwest will experience above-average temperatures, signaling a warm start to the week. Phoenix is set to reach a sizzling 91 degrees, while Las Vegas will follow with a high of 88 degrees. Meanwhile, Los Angeles will see a cooler but pleasant 63 degrees, and San Diego will also experience similar mild temperatures at 63 degrees. Further north, Fresno is forecasted to hit 73 degrees, maintaining comfortable conditions across the region.
Expect a warm and dry start across the desert areas of the Southwest tomorrow, with temperatures climbing into the high 80s. However, an approaching low-pressure system from the Pacific will bring clouds and scattered showers along the Southern California coast by late afternoon. Mountain regions, such as the San Bernardino Range, should prepare for potential heavy rainfall and slippery conditions over passes. Although severe weather is unlikely, be mindful of wet roadways and reduced visibility in higher elevations.

Sunday: Mostly clear skies with the temperature rising to a pleasant 66 degrees and cooling to 44 degrees at night. Monday: Partly cloudy and mild, with a daytime high of 61 degrees and evening lows around 41.
