Moving east, San Antonio is seeing some intense storm cells, with heavy rain and potential thunderstorms, particularly near Corpus Christi, where the rain is heavier and storms more severe. Meanwhile, the Oklahoma City area remains dry, but Little Rock is starting to see the rain clouds moving in. Farther north, Kansas City is under cloud cover with rain showers just to the east, creating a damp atmosphere. New Orleans enjoys a calm weather pattern today, with clear conditions and no significant precipitation in sight.

For lows across the Southern Plains, Oklahoma City will dip to 39 degrees, while Dallas sees a low of 41. Kansas City can anticipate a chillier start at 36 degrees.
