A line of rain showers is moving across the northern part of the Southwest region, specifically targeting areas around Salt Lake City and extending into Ely, where light snow is making an appearance in the higher elevations. Cedar City is experiencing a mix of rain and snow as conditions fluctuate with temperature changes. In contrast, areas like Las Vegas, Bakersfield, and Fresno are clear, with dry conditions prevailing. The coastal cities of San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego are enjoying fair weather and are currently free from precipitation. Flagstaff sees a possibility of light flurries with some cloud cover moving in.
Expect a partly cloudy evening in Los Angeles with temperatures starting at 59 degrees at 8 PM. Winds will shift to a south-southwest direction at 8 miles per hour initially, decreasing to 5 mph by 10 PM. By midnight, temperatures will cool slightly to 55 degrees under mostly cloudy skies. Tuesday: Mostly clear, warming up to 71 degrees during the day and cooling to a low of 56 degrees.
